My journey in real estate began in 2010, when I was working in the financial sector and purchased my first property—a modest 2-bedroom apartment in Tanjong Pagar. What started as a personal investment soon blossomed into a passion for real estate.
After experiencing both the challenges and rewards of property investment firsthand, I decided to transition from my banking career to help others navigate Singapore's complex property market with confidence and clarity.
Today, with over 8 years as a licensed property agent, I've helped hundreds of clients find their dream homes and build successful investment portfolios. My background in finance combined with my personal investment experience gives me a unique perspective that benefits my clients in numerous ways.

First Property Purchase
While working as a financial analyst at UOB, I purchased my first property—a 2-bedroom apartment in Tanjong Pagar. This investment sparked my interest in real estate.
Property Education & Second Investment
I began studying property investment strategies and obtained my CEA license. Purchased my second property—a shophouse in Joo Chiat that I renovated and sold for a significant profit.
Career Change to Real Estate
Left my banking career to become a full-time property agent. Joined PropertyGuru as a premier agent and closed my first 10 transactions within 6 months.
Top Producer Award
Received my first Top Producer Award after closing over 30 transactions in a single year. Expanded my property portfolio to include a mix of residential and commercial properties.
Launched Property Investment Course
Started sharing my knowledge through a property investment course for first-time buyers. Helped over 50 clients navigate the post-COVID property market.
